What is a Sound Bath?

A relaxing experience including light refreshments, all supplies (yoga mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, yoga strap, blocks, eye pillow),  gentle yoga stretches, guided meditation, reiki, and a live sound bath created with crystal bowls, gong, drum, chimes, etc. to guide one into a state of deep relaxation. 

Treat yourself, your partner or friend, or a group. Perfect for girls night out, a relaxing baby or bridal shower, or even for your next work event!

Private sound baths are available by appointment only.

Monthly Sound Baths

Blue Pearl Reiki will host an hour-and-a-half sound bath approximately once a month. Inquire about dates, times, and sign-ups. Includes all supplies and light refreshments.
